Welcome to another Favorite Food Friday hosted by the delectable Disney Day by Day!
I know, I know. It's been a while since I've posted. I have a lot going on right now. And hell, this is MY blog and I do what I want! :P
Recently I was able to meet up with some of my Disney friends and grab sandwiches at Earl of Sandwich in Manhattan. This was the perfect opportunity not only to spend some quality time with wonderful friends but also to continue on the Eat Each Sandwich challenge. (For links to the rest of my reviews, scroll down!)
I was especially excited for this EoS trip because the Cannonballs were back for a limited time! I had missed them before (1100 calories per sandwich is no joke) so I knew I had to make a point to try them out while they are available.

Honestly, it's a meatball sandwich. Nothing remarkable. Just Earl's good bread, toasted, with meatballs and marinara sauce and melted cheese. It was fine but I have had better meatball sandwiches in the New York City area.
Still, I'm glad I got to cross this one off my list AND see some of my Disney buddies!

I love that they call this sandwich Cannonballs! How funny! I'm not much for meatball sandwiches, but I've yet to have anything I didn't like at Earl of Sandwich.
ReplyDeleteIt does look good, so good work on the pictures with the cheese :). Love Earls bread as well. Thanks for sharing and joining Favorite Food Friday!
